1. Please “Pay before you Play”.
  2. All packs come with validity after which they expire, pls check with admin before purchasing.
  3. All sales are final, no refunds are provided. However you are free to come back and use your packs within validity period.
  4. Sorry no credit is offered because of addictive nature of games.
  5. Please tender exact change. For Rs. 500/- a minimum of Rs. 200/- gametime has to be purchased.
  6. Please take care of your belongings, we are not responsible for any theft or loss.
  7. Console pricing are on shareable basis only, since we need at-least 2 players on each console.
  8. Console pricing is based on number of patrons/persons entering premises & not on basis of number of controllers allocated.
  9. Single player on console can play on it until 2 or more players are not waiting for the machine.
  10. If you come in groups, pls collect money for all and pay together.
  11. Please complete transaction and only then proceed to game. Request for balance amount / change will not be entertained later.
  12. Game experience will change for online games depending on game servers maintenance/updates. Also note we use shared internet connection. Play online games at your own risk.
  13. New members need to provide proof of identity as per cyber laws.
  14. Damages and related costs have to be borne by patron.
  15. Food is permitted. Rs. 100/- patron / session would be charged. Patrons can pay via cash or gametime. Gametime will be adjusted without prior intimation.
  16. Please do not rage, bang on table etc. Please control your emotions.
  17. Charging of mobile phones/tablets are NOT allowed.
  18. Please do NOT take pictures of CCTV footage. It is for our private use only.
  19. Do not shout, abuse and cause inconvenience to others.
  20. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, are you to use any other account than that belonging to yourself. If found using someone else’s account, both yours and the other customer’s account would be “locked” and you might loose all time left within. Further on considering the seriousness of the incident you could be barred permanently from availing our services in the future.
  21. By creating your center account, it is assumed you have read our “Terms of Use”, understand and agree to it. If not then please do not proceed to use our services.
  22. If done playing, then please wait outside. Bystanders aren’t permitted. Thank you for your co-operation.
  23. Parents/Guardians accompanying children can wait in premises but would be charged accordingly.
  24. Please do not wait at login screen. Either login or quit and wait outside.
